Return/Purchase/ Exchange Policy

At The Somer Field, we believe in the quality and comfort of our products. We want you to be completely satisfied with your bedding and pillow purchases. If for any reason you are not, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange process to make your shopping experience seamless.

If it’s unwashed & unused, and returned with original packaging – we will happily take back and refund any product purchased from our site, within 7 days of delivery date. If more time has passed, you can contact our customer service team to have a discussion about your individual circumstances and requirements.

Please send an email to returns@thesomerfield.com and include your phone number and we will contact you to approve the return.

Custom made orders of any item that have been agreed and paid for by the customer are considered to be final sale and returns/refunds will not be accepted unless the custom made item has a quality issue for which we will review and ensure you are satisfied with your order.

Defective or Damaged Items

We take great care in packing our products, but if you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a full refund or replacement at no extra charge.

Final Sale Items

Any items marked as final sale or purchased during a special promotion are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

If you ever feel there is a quality issue, please let us know ASAP and we replace your product free of charge, with something equivalent or better. 

Kindly note that refunds can only be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow up to 15 days for the refund transfer to be completed.
